We are delighted to announce that our revised Code of Practice has received Government approval under Order 2016 no. 505. The Code becomes effective from 1st June 2016. We will be holding an event to mark the official launch of the Code on 7th June, hosted by our President Baroness Sally Greengross at Portcullis House Westminster. From 1 April 2015, the basic limit will be £418. The limit when management is contracted out to an agent who charges VAT will be £479.
These limits have been agreed with the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) which has policy responsibility in this area.
